I get a monthly phone call. Quite friendly with the person on the other end now. They ask me questions, i say yes or no, then they say happy gaming.
WHG very much rely on you to hit a win, as they can offset that win as income and justify higher limits.
So moral of the story, if you're playing at WHG just make sure you're winning.

yeah, its unfortunate that I have to be told by someone that I can't afford to play on there sites.
Apparently they can only use a small % of your disposable income as a hard limit across all brands, the only way to increase this is by sending more proof of earnings and hope they re evaluate.
My request of an increase was met with swift and furious snub
Well the only positive is that they are consistent.
My personal view, whilst promoting WHG, the players need to be aware that this is something that the casino does. Nothing more annoying than that box popping up because WHG don't give 2 shits about alerting you to their responsible gambling methods.
Saw someone on the video comment about how many WHG sites are promoted and you responded find a different casino. I feel your difficulty, I can't even think of one that you can look into or an operator that different from the main players.
