A made a deposit on a genesis brand (casino gods) made a bit of a profit and decided to withdraw only a small amount (£80) I deposited via Apple Pay with a debit card, when I tried to withdraw there was no option for Apple Pay so I asked to withdraw using PayPal, that came back saying that I need to withdraw to the same method of deposit, ok fine, went on a different browser and Apple Pay option was there so cool did that, spend a long time pending in my bank, contacted live chat they said I need to speak to the bank because it had been processed their end, spoke to the bank they said they need a payment code from the casino, got back onto the casino and all of a sudden the money is back in my account and I have to wait for the payments team to look into this, this is 5 weeks ago and still no update, it’s not the money now it’s the principle, what should I do next? Hope this post makes sense? Love to hear the thoughts and your advice
