Hi I need some advice,

while playing on a game I hit a progressive pots feature and just before it revealed the last one to see which on I hit (had 2 on mega 2 on jackpot 1 one on minor) The game just shut itself down and now after 24 hours I still can’t get on that game! All others work fine , I even set up a new account and the certain game works fine just not on my actual account, chat say they can see the error and problem but won’t do anything about it? What can I do??

What was the game and who is game provider. What casino as well?

Definitely don't be opening another account! It is on the casino to contact the game provider to see what has happened.

you shouldn't have opened another account, its just a game malfunction and your chances of getting the the mega or jackpot are very very very slim, you always get 2 of each but 999 times out 1000 you get the lowest one.. 


Clear all your cache and cookies or open up the site in incognito mode, it should work..

I hope they can sort the error but opening another account if it was under your own name, is beyond belief.

I never opened it up in my own name I set one up in my wife’s name with all her details just to see if it worked so it’s all legit 

it’s been passed over to another team so said they will get back to me in 7 days! , I don’t expect to win the mega but at the time I’m even the lowest was at around £45 so not to be sniffed at really. 
jusf seems that they are so quick to take your money but takes an eternity the other way round
