Having played at playzee and other white hat casinos for over as year always using the same payment method finally had a nice win £12500 near enough immediately my account was blocked .nd today I received this email .


Ms Wray,Following a review of your account by our compliance and risk teams, we have identified that you made deposits using a payment method belonging to a third party.We reference the warranties outlined in clause 4 of our terms and conditions, excerpts of which have been included for ease of reference below:"4.1 By opening an account with us and/or by using the Website you acknowledge, agree and warrant that you:• have a valid bank account or credit or debit card issued in your name or alternative payment method;• you are the legitimate owner of the money you deposit and any money that you deposit into your account is not tainted with any illegality and does not originate from any illegal activity or source;• you are not playing or acting on behalf of somebody else or using a payment method which is not your own;4.2 In the event of any of the warranties outlined in clause 4.1 (Registering Your Account) being false, your stake will be forfeited, and we shall not be obliged to pay any winnings. We may also report the matter to the police, parents (in relation to underage gambling) and the appropriate regulatory authority."We further draw your attention to clause 13 of our terms and conditions https://www.playzee.com/terms, which provides:"13.2 We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason.13.3 Where we terminate your account due to you breaching any of the terms as set out below, we shall void any winnings:• you are in breach or any of your warranties;."Therefore, the following account actions have been taken in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined above:1. Your account has been terminated with immediate effect;2. You have been banned from the network;3. Don't know if there is anything I can do about it any one have any ideas thanks

yes I agree if had been my 1st deposit but I've used many of white hat casinos  with the same card and is the first time as soon as you have a win lol very bitter pill to swallow

I had this problem once, can’t remeber which casino tho. I made a deposit using my mrs card and tried to withdraw. All I had to do was send a photo of the card, her proof of address, photo Id and get her to write a statement saying she allowed me to use it. This was a few years ago and wasn’t as much as your withdrawal tho

I've had the issue once, my phone autofills the information so I deposited via my lasses card on Sky.


They were good about it though, they put the amount I deposited back onto her card and the remainder onto my card.
