Stargate Slot glitched , what can i do

Hi guys

Playing on Videoslots , had bonus on Stargate Megaways .Bonus was going well , had fixed max megaways with 6 spins left when the slot glitched on a drop down win and then reset my megaways to 6000 instead of 117k.

I feel robbed , i have video showing the glitch

What next , can i upload the video to big wins so you can see , or is there anywhere else i can upload to show

Does the reincarnate feature not always just reset to the start? i think you may have just been unlucky with the timing.
