hey guys any chance u could help us out i play on whg sites a lot but spinstation owes me £320.15 p i withdrew it on the 23rd it was processed and went through the next day it is now the 1st may money still not in my account spoke to live chat they said they have a backup on withdrawals so could be even longer i mean this is beyond a joke every other whg site i play on after accepted withdrawal in my bank next day by 3.30 , please help

Sorry to hijack

I am having same problem with Jonny Jackpot(White hat) was processed Monday 20th April and I am still waiting for it to land in my account, had to raise a complaint after being told wait another day every time I contacted them. Spin station is part of white hat gaming too. Seems strange that a lot of folks are having the same problem

Are these casinos linked in someway as had somebody on chat say 5/10 working days the other night. That's a complete joke in my eyes. Nowhere on these sites is it telling us there is withdrawel issues. So there still happy too take are money when depositing.

My user names danzo1986 at playgrand if you guys could chase mine up too please. I've used 4 casinos off here now. No problems with the other 3. Just this one

Thing that pisses me off the most. Is I've been getting fed shit all week. About waiting 2-5 business days blah blah. When I knew it was taking too long. But only on the 5th day do they decide too say about these issues with witdrawels.  They knew this when they was making out i was being impatient for questioning my money. Complete joke in my eyes.

Yeah Danzo your situation sounds same as mine, I posted in a separate thread about slot planet, also white hat game which it seems like the issue is with.

I was told to wait the 5 working days, and they even suggested it was my bank at one stage and they couldn't do anything their end. They still haven't really answered when it's going to be resolved. I've been made to feel impatient for keep asking but like you said I knew something was up.

They told me it was only with withdrawals processed on 20th and 21st even though I have one from 23rd which is in the same state. My two add up to £900 which is a lot of money to me, especially during these times! I deposited to play after the withdrawals thinking I'd have the withdrawals in my account around the same time deposits went out. Obviously the deposits went out straight away and now I'm left out of pocket...

Yea its bull shit. I've been told it's my bank too. But I phoned them today and it's not them. And I've spent money aswell on the basis of my winnings being in my bank like they should have been. And course were going too hound them. Its are money at the end of the day. I'm sure there quick enough too pull you on a mistake. Ie with wagering. Or anything elsi certdnky e. I can't believe there isn't something informing there players on there websites. Of these issues. Happy too take the money. But oh when theres too many winners. They have issues.

hey guys finally recieved my money today from spinstation, but i don’t think whg handled that situation very well at all kinda makes me think twice about playing there again to be honest

White Hat Gaming have now detected the problem for bank card withdrawals. They confirmed there has been an error with their third party payment processor. I received this communication via email yesterday and the money was paid straight into my bank account 5 minutes later. Everyone should hopefully receive their withdrawals by today, just before Bank Holiday Friday 🙂
