Registered for slotster through Gamblers Den  and played for a while withdrew £75 last Tuesday and had a confirmation e-mail that it was processed and it still hasn't reached my account..painfull to be honest . Not the fact that i need £75 im not that desperate lol but when the likes of sky and betfred etc pay out within 24 hours this is just shite service.

Slotster...where is my cash out....It's almost day 7 since you confirmed it.....

I must say that I agree with this. There is no excuse now for lengthy payout times. The likes of Sky or William Hill pay immediately upon request to a debit card and Pokerstars pays out immediately to PayPal.

I can appreciate smaller casinos having to check for new players under the guidelines laid out by UKGC etc and to ensure no bonus abuse however more than 24 hours is just flatly unacceptable and entirely uncompetitive.

Surely most of us now expect to be paid quickly and without having to waste time chasing up a casino to pay out.

All the world's a stage and most of us are desperately unrehearsed.

Oooooff. Seven days is way too long. I get annoyed when Play Sunny take up to 48hrs when the likes of Unibet can have the money with you inside of 30 mins. If you're fully verified then it shouldn't take more than 48hrs at most.

Times depend on the payment processor used and whether the casino has an automatic system or manual check system.

We pay instantly, so should casinos.

Hey thx mate , the money isn't the issue it's the service , we all expect it to be decent and when it isn't this is why we have the forum so we can let the community know and call stuff like this out., they can then make an educated ( or uneducated choice lol ) if they want to deposit or not.

Do what they ask to get your cash then find somewhere different to play.
