Hi everyone, my first post here :) hope everyone's keeping well.

I have two withdrawals outstanding with SlotPlanet one for £700 that was processed 21/04/2020, the other for £200 processed on 23/04/2020. Neither have reached my bank account.

I have had some correspondence with the support team who have said they had an issue with payment provider on withdrawals made on 20th and 21st and that I need to wait "at least 10 business days" from 21st. Apparently they are still investigating theproblem. However they aren't explaining why I haven't received my £200 withdrawal processed on 23rd. 

Is there any way for anyone to look into this? I'm thinking 10 business days is a long time to wait for a withdrawal anyway... Much longer than other casinos I have used in the past. I also made about 4-5 withdrawals earlier in April which were in my bank account the day after being processed by slot planet. It's all a bit weird.
