Didn't get my 99 free spins.

The live chat on the casino does't work to ask for them.

Same for me, ive signed up through link on here, activated the bonus then made deposit.

Opened joker pro but no free spins.

I will send my details through contact.

Edit, sorted now.

Spoke to live chat and they added £9.90 to my balance which equates to 99 spins.

Nice touch that :)

Live chat not working on Yako. I had a similar issue but it worked later on in the day.

I think maybe it's only open between certain hours? If that's the case it should maybe say under the live chat the opening times.

Same thing happened to me, signed up thru the Gamblersden link, received the deposit bonus but didn’t receive the 99 spins. I contacted live chat and they gave me the £9.90 bonus. So yeah 99 spins would have nice but at least they were gracious enough to sort me out. Seems to be a common fault tho by the looks of here.

Seems better to me that way you can do 99 spins @10p on whatever you want!
