Normally i would lock the withdrawal to my card but i noticed that there was a bank transfer option so I chose that because its quicker. After 24 hours the request was refused and the money was put back in as credit on my account. I spoke with Penelope on Live Chat who said that the refusal was because the withdrawal method didn't match my depositing method. I understood this although the card I deposit with is the card linked to the account I had put down for the bank transfer. Anyway, I asked her if I put the withdrawal request through again as normal to the card, could someone flush the payment to avoid waiting. She said she'd see what she could do. I wasn't desperate for the money, just anoyed that there was a bank transfer option available (that Id not noticed before) which didn't actually work.
Next day, less than 12 hours later after putting the request through again via debit card and.....boom....money was in my account. I've never seen a debit card request process so fast before now. I wasn't expecting until after Boxing Day. I got straight back on to live chat to thank the payments team as it has come useful.
I've withdrawn from Rizk before under normal wiating times using a debit card but i thought this was REALLY good of them to do what they did. We'd all like our winnnings instantly paid into our account but that doesn't happen. I thought I'd share on here the good service that Rizk provided.
that's good to hear, usually they won't let you withdraw to a different payment method than you deposit so happy days!
