So, a few days ago i thought I would see if I could log into my account after a self exclusion some time before, everything seemed ok and I logged in without issue and deposited 2 x £300 and played for 24hrs had the balance at £780, then bang... logged out half way through play and unable to log in.
After numerous chats(most absolutely useless) I find out that I am in fact still excluded until 1.6.2020.??
I have been promised my money back but as yet, 5 days later I still have not even received ANY correspondence from anyone at Kassu.
Now I'm pretty sure allowing a self excluded player to access their account, deposit and play for a day is frowned upon.
any help on this would be appreciated... would like my money back.

Hi Jimbo. I too am having a lot of trouble with Kassu and would be grateful if you could please help. On the 14th April I made a withdrawal of £100 and was told it would be in my bank within 72 hours. I have had withdrawals off sister accounts such as spinit and casino gods before with out any dramas and they were far larger withdrawals so i didn't think there would be any problems. Anyway I went to log in a day later to find that my account was blocked. This was done with out any email communication to myself so had to go to live chat where they told me they needed further verification which was my PayPal details and statement and I sent that immediately. I was then told by a chat agent named Maria that I was now fully verified and awaiting my payment. However still today and it's been 5 days I'm still blocked and still awaiting payment. Iv had no replies to numerous emails and the chat agents just give me the same scripted answers and tell me just to wait. It's really getting me down now. Please help
To add to this I have screenshots of the live chat conversations that took place showing Maria and Emy both telling me that I am fully verified and awaiting payment. So why am I still blocked it's so frustrating. I have deposited numerous times at the site and they was quick enough to take my money.

Hi Jimbo. I made the withdrawal on the 14th April. No it hasn't been processed. I just spoke to them and they keep saying my account is under a random security check. Iv had no emails off them saying what happening at all. Iv gathered little snippets of information from the chat agents. My account is fully verified so dont understand it at all.
They did tell me on the 14th that the payment would be with me within 72 hours but then blocked me as they said that's normal procedure whilst carrying out checks. However iv been told I'm fully verified but still blocked and no sign of my money.
Any advice please jimbo. I recieved this email off them yesterday clearly saying I'm fully verified yet I'm still blocked and still awaiting my payment.
