hi all,got to 2 before the heartstopper feature before going bust.re deposited, all game play gone,cost me hundreds.After 2 weeks finally had a reply saying they cant get hold of the game provider and offered me 25 x 10p spins compensation on starburst as a valued player. wtf? they should be banned ! really annoyed about this casino

I don't think that's the casinos fault,

I've played several places and had this issue come up, the hearts just seem to randomly reset.

Maybe chuck out a tweet to BTG see what they say

Go to the casino and look through your transaction history. That is if this casino provides this.

Identify the last transaction and the game ID.

Quote this to BTG - the game is located on their server and ask for a replay of this ID and take it from there. I had this with Kingmaker when the multiplier was at 28 times and in fairness to them they sorted it in conjunction with the casino.

Any good casino would do this on your behalf and the free spins they offered you is more of standard goodwill gesture to appease moaners, whingers and losers to free up live chat
