I've just made a £150 deposit on videoslots, I get a error message saying "no deposit or play allowed until verification" no problem. I then look and my £150 is in my videoslots account. I get onto live chat and the lady says "the £150 reached a £2000 threshold so the system then required verification" so my question is why if the system knew I would reach a threshold, would it still accept the transaction and take my money even though I wouldn't be able to play. I asked them to withdraw my deposit and then Ill verify my account (I am going to do it no matter what anyways) but she said no not until I verify. So what they have done is taken my money knowing I wouldn't be allowed to play and are now witholding it until I verify. I mean am I just a moron or does this seem like a absolutely terrible system failure?
Its a bad system failure yeah. It happened to me on Video slots - 15 mins before a live stream!
But thankfully, Video slots are very fast at approving documents, from what I have found anyway. I am sure they approved mine in about 10/15 mins
