I also think they are getting out because they haven't been behaving themselves with player protection and rather than be investigated and fined are calling it a day.

If they see the US states as their best revenue stream it would be wise to get out of the UK prior to any enforcement action being taken.The US states can be very difficult to persuade if they consider the operator a “bad actor”

We are seeing the big names pull out, why you ask?

The respectable and well managed casinos cost more to run and they are simply not making enough to keep up their standards or are making small profits which could be wiped out by the UKGC at any time.

The smaller guys running shady practices will hang around a lot longer as overheads are less and reputation isn't important.

More will be dropping.
