I have used the link and joined Mr Q.... played for a good few months however today was my first time ever having a withdrawal. I had my first ever big win 5k!!! I tried to withdraw it and i was asked for ID... i have provided this but its not been processed, emails havent been answered and online chat says its away until Monday. So my big question is..... after all the bad reviews in recent days i have see. Don you think I will get my money?

Should all be fine as long as you've not broken any terms. Did you win with bonus money or real cash? Then it would depend on making sure you didn't go over the max bet allowed amongst a few others terms etc. Mrq has always paid me really quick so I don't have any concerns that you won't be paid your winnings if you've not broken any terms

It was real money. I've never taken a bonus. Thank you I will let you know how I get on.
