I’ve noticed this with a few games lately. Minimum stake 60p which from 20p is a big old increase.

Can't say I've noticed it apart from some Microgaming going 30p min......I think. Lol, if operators go to a minimum stake like that, I'm out.

If they did it would be no different to going to an arcade slot.......barring cap wins in arcades.

I can very easily lose £100 spinning 20p a time hoping for a decent hit. If a minimum of £2 was introduced on a game it means the money goes 10x faster. I don't know. I used to play arcades (like a dick) and I was happy spinning £1-£2 at a time. When i started online i was doing £2-£4 spins but on really shit games. I had no clue what was what and always went to an online version of an arcade game like Reel King. Whack the RTP back to 96% on everything and stick a minimum and I'm in I suppose. Increase the minimum and decrease the RTP though......lol. No chance

looks like most of the Casinos trying to keep only high stake players, and the same time all low-stake players get hit by SOW, well is just the last hope for many casinos

That seems like the total opposite of what you'd do if you're trying to protect players... but when do regulators ever do anything sensible?

Can see why the casinos would chase the higher min stakes though, the cost of regulation and run costs for their servers must be hard to cover with people sat eeking out £20 deposits on 10-20p stakes.

The time to pull all money out and find a more productive hobby must be getting close!

I'm telling you all the now if £2 min spins is coming we will all then know the UKGC ain't here for us players.

After the moronic no auto spins as they say "we all lost track of what we spent" when everybody I know used the auto spins to keep track of what they spent as the autos had a built in loss limit, which you had to set before you could use them, I knew then they weren't here for us players as you would have to be beyond thick to think that was a good idea and I refuse to believe that people in the job of the UKGC got the job by being that stupid and that thick, it just can't happen..

Every laptop has built in auto click plus loads of auto clickers out there, my daughter used auto click for games like Minecraft when she 6 years old, 6 she was so again I refuse to believe these people at the UKGC are that stupid..

If this is what's coming with a minimum £2 stake I will then know for fact they want us to lose more money as again there's no living breathing human being on this planet that could possibly think that's going to help us. If they thought that was a good idea, they would have to be that thick that when having a conversation with them you yourself would lose brain cells..

Who would even play at a casino run by Apollo where the wagering is 200x and they try tricks like this?

All the world's a stage and most of us are desperately unrehearsed.
