Hi everyone, anyone had problems with this site and feel it takes a very long time in verifying the account. I can’t withdrawl my winnings due to waiting for documents to be accepted which is meant to be 48hrs and nothing since Saturday, also the live chat no1 seems to even talk to you init. Any able to help sort this?

Yeah maybe mate just doesn’t sit right with the whole chat service not being on and of course I’ve then researched via Google and have read some horror shows lol. Let’s hope it’s smooth and sorts itself out as it’s a fair chunk of money.

Yeah still nothing from live chat and also email hasn’t replied either. I mean I understand bank holidays but all just seems abit weird. Does gamblers den have a contact if anything doesn’t progress as I know I signed up via the link on the site. 

yeahhhhh I’m a content lad after the last couple games! I think a big clear out is needed specially after the ending of the season.

Still nothing, chat is apparently a messenger kind of process where they get back to you when possible, process was started Saturday and still nothing as of 14:00 on the following Tuesday. So that’s 5 days basically. Anyone able to put me in touch with someone to speed this process up? Getting frustrating as I’ve got £700 worth of winnings sitting in there ready to withdraw. All documents have been sent so no idea why such little communication has happened from their end.

Cheers jimbo, I appreciate you doing this, I’ve gotta say though this casino has so far been the worst I’ve signed up with, the communication is so poor and everything seems to be taking so long. I’ve got a really bad feeling about this situation and the fact there’s £700 sitting in the account doesn’t sit well with me. All documents have been sent and literally nothing from them regarding processing or even confirming anything. They’ve now put some block on the account and it now says talk with support which is funny as the support is a myth and the live chat is basically some silly bot which asks you questions and then does nothing for you. I received one message from someone called Amy saying it would take 24/48hrs to sort and that’s not turned into 96hrs I’d say🤦🏻‍♂️anyways you’ve done you’re bit so thanks for that and let’s hope they pull their finger out
