Joined today and 50 free spin slot would not open. When you press support icon, nothing happens, total crap site.

sounds stupid now, but this is exactly what i did the first time i signed up to a casino, thought i'd get the free spins bit out t way first before i went onto some proper gaming, wasent working, re installed the app, everything and nothing, then reread the blah blah......oooohhhh that makes sense (free spins are granted upon receipt of first deposit of £20 i think it was), slaps forehead. was just in a rush to play i compleatly forgot i had to give them money to do so.

Well the casino took my money so i assume I deposited!!!! I join most of the guys casinos so I am familiar with the process.

I will repeat again, my 50 spins were credited but the game would not open, neither would the support team icon work. Incidentally, I tried the game 2 days later and it opened but of course the offer on using the free spins had expired.

I have emailed The Gamblers Den and I am waiting for a response.

ahhh, thats a bit more clear, were you able to play other games with you deposit? and had your documents all been processed? have you tried the live chat on another device/browser, they may be able to roll back the bonus if you explain to them what happened and let you have the free spins.
