Hi all

Anyone give me any advice. 

I signed up via the link and first did not get my deposit bonus. I have contacted live chat and 28 hours later still no reply. 

After using the account for a few hours I now get a pop saying we need to ask you some questions about responsible gambling which is fine but still no one is answering. 

I have emailed nothing. The number on the site does not work when you call it just says all operators busy and you cannot hold for someone. 

Please can someone advise any ideas
