hello my girlfriend register on casilando have a play and hit bonus on 10p stake on rise of merlin,have 32 free spins and hit full screen of top symbol,before bonus ends she get log out as she reach login time limit,next day she go back to finish her bonus and withdraw big win (over 600£ ) but bonus wasn't there anymore she contact live chat and all they say is that bonus was finish and you can't go back to it,she have screenshot of full screen of merlin but they don't wanna do anything HELP HELP HELP
