IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH LOSS LIMITS BEING PUT ON THERE ACCOUNTS AT CERTAIN CASINOS, 21PRIVE PUT ONE ON MINE AND THEY WONT TELL ME WHAT MY LOSS LIMIT IS!!
Had that with video slots mate and even after asking them to change it it took a while then I deposited and they hadn't fixed it. Thinking I still have£40 odd in it but can't be arsed with the hassles with them
yeah I have closed my account with 21prive over it, really don't see the point of it I mean I had already set up deposit limits etc. and not being able to tell m what my limit is is ridiculous
that's weird, usually they do this if you've over spent what they expect to be an excessive amount or if you haven't sent requested documents or whatever. Maybe it's worth messaging them asking if you need to send anything off?
that being said if you've closed your account already never mind xD
it just seems to be the casinos that come under the WHITE banner Jimbo , as I said I have deposit limits in place and haven't been asked for more documents , just told them to exclude me from all there casinos if they cant treat you as an adult!
