Never posted here just been a long time watcher of jimbo and he mentions the site so decided I’d sign up to a Casino off here, signed up to Las Vegas casino via the affiliate link and signed up via the code GAMBDEN.
Recieved the email saying account accepted and to simply deposit ( see attached photo for exact wording ) to receive your deposit bonus and free spins.
didn’t get either, asked at support and they said I had to use GAMBDEN again, even though they asked for a promotion code already, again when I deposited.
The email clearly says make first deposit to revive and they have lied essentially.
very very poor customer service and emails very unhelpful.
be careful and avoid like the plague.
There was an issue a couple of weeks ago with the sign up bonus which i thought was fixed. No panic - the lads will sort it out for you.
No issue with the signup code now Weemonk, I used it in last few days. I’m thinking this guy didn’t use the code in the right place… it’s convoluted (other sites you don’t need a code it just auto applies
Could be a case of multiple sign ups from the same IP also, could you kindly tell m e your username, you can do this via contact form if you want to keep it private.

This is a bit drastic, especially from someone who's made 1 post only.
Nevertheless, I will help it get sorted for you.
When people have 1 “bad experience” with a casino, which when you dig deeper turns out to be the person's fault a lot of the time (not saying in this case) they really need to stop these “avoid/scam” panic posts.
I have had issues in the past with say, Genesis casinos and they have now been great the last 12 months. So things improve.
Mistakes happen and LVC have been upfront with us and fixed things.
No casino is perfect but you need to take a step back sometimes and realise your own personal scenario is not that of all of ours..

I just put on my 2nd ever withdrawal request at this casino. I'm fully verified so let's see if I have magic problems like the OP
