How are you doing lads? Slots suck at the moment.

We've had a couple of suggestion threads in the past, latest by my boy Pokersmasher.

I could add this on there but I'm going to give a lengthy insight into a non-novel idea and I don't want it to get lost - low stakes videos 😱

I can feel Craig's pain in his latest videos where you're on a run where you just end up losing or you're up and it all goes tits up thanks to a few games in a row where nothing happens.

I used to be a crazy £2-£4 spin type of person......I have no idea how I sustained that especially as I do not know the games as I do now. Nowadays anything above 80p a spin for me is high stakes and I will only do high stakes if I build a balance from a relatively small £20-£50 deposit. Depending on reload capacity depends on what stake I choose. Also the type of game matters. Something hard to bonus like Deadwood will reduce the stake.

There's many a time I can increase my balance to something reasonable (£150-£300) where 60p-80p will become the norm unless the balance drops. If things go tits up I am willing to drop to 10p stakes to try and rescue the balance. Yeah, it can be a long haul given how much you may win from that stake but I treat every deposit as though it is my last I can make. It makes me respect what I have and reduces silly risks as once I build a balance, which may take a while, I don't want to have wasted the time it took by spunking.

I earn enough to go in on £2 stakes but the consequence of that and being tilted now scares me. It's pain being on say 20p, getting a 300-400x win and knowing how much money that would have been on £2. Its all about risk and being willing to take a chance I suppose.

Anyway, if you aren't feeling it, the games are being poop or you feel in that downer loop that comes from a losing streak, why not try some low stakes? Yeah it would be weird. Yeah it may not satisfy you from a potential perspective but maybe it will take the edge off, give you more content and maybe bring some enjoyment back.

Jimbo - you used to do some low stakes so you're no stranger to this. Why not bring some back? We don't always need to see you staking hundreds or playing with the other big boy streamers 😜

Craig - have I ever seen you play low stakes? Give it a bash.

This please.  I would love to see some lower stakes videos. Your money is gonna last far longer, the videos will be longer and you may just enjoy it more. Yeah maybe 10p is gonna be way too low for youse but doing 60p-80p is reasonable. Rather than thinking oh man if I was on £3, this 400x would have been huge just be happy you got that 400x. Plus there are plenty of games where the potential is unreal even at low stakes. The money you win shouldnt matter either, your deposit is gone before even play so any money over that deposit is a bonus.

Personally, I would not enjoy watching 10p -20p stakes, however, I completely agree that 60 - 80p is relatable to most people (including me) and I would prefer watch an hour video at 80p and a 500 deposit than watch you spaff 2 grand on 3 quid in a 20 minute video.

Jimbo

How about  playing an escalator game against Craig

The rules are you start at say 20p spins and you have ten spins to achieve a win of at least 2x otherwise you have to start again. If you do achieve a 2x or greater win you have to change game and move up to the next stake immediately and do the the process all over again. If you fail to get a 2x win in the ten spins you move down a level unless of course you are rooted to 20p.

The winner is the player who either doubles or trebles (you decide) their money first (fewest spins) or whoever reached the highest stake before busting out.

just an idea to maybe tinker with if you think it might be an interesting concept. Choosing Megaways would be tough to do in this game

All the world's a stage and most of us are desperately unrehearsed.
