I joined kassu through here and made my first withdrawal there they said would be processed within 24 hours. I asked them to close my account so I cannot cancel the withdrawal. They kept to their promise processed in 21 hours, account reopened 3 hours later
just made another withdraw and asked again how long the withdrawal would take they said up to 5 days. I was told it's only your first withdrawal that takes no longer than 24 hours then all future withdrawals up to five days
Can somebody in here confirm it takes this long please. Anyway I closed the account for a week to be on the safe side but if they take 5 days to pay will choose another casino
Had exacly same thing said 5 days to me think thats max as ive made about 5 withdrawals since and all around 3 days

As a fail safe just close the account for a week after a WD and enjoy the money when it comes i guess.
I've had a few withdrawals there and it's only the 1st withdrawal that they commit to a speedy-processed withdrawal. Future withdrawals can take up to 48hrs to be processed and then, once processed, can take between 2-5 days to be received by you (depending on the method used)... if they say a timeframe, it's usually worst case scenario... all of my withdrawals, after the 1st one, have been received by me in my bank within 2-3 days of making the withdrawal request. Pretty standard amount of time really. Rizk is the only casino I use that processes withdrawals immediately (and money in my bank in less than 5 minutes from making a withdrawal - although usually it's there in literally a minute or 2)... that's using a debit card to deposit / withdraw funds -- other methods may mean longer time to process, I don't know.
