Was playing lightning roulette about week and half ago put same bet on 4 times previous then I had bet accepted and then error come up kicked me out game come back to find 100x on my number only between a £200/400 win and didn’t pay me complained straight away spent over a week investigating wrong number when told them 4 times what number it was to then be robbed cause I didn’t no exact bet size on number absolute joke I only used them cause watch jimbo vids on there looked good site ment to be a vip aswel spending 100s a day for them not to pay that out shocking

Mate there sister site sloty has robbed me royally I'm absolutely fuming at them anyone playing on their brands need there heads testing, they dont reply to emails, the live chat is terrible and the service agents couldn't give a toss. On top of shit service they screw you of all your slot bonuses you have saved however that only happened when I upped the stakes it was fine when I was playing 20p-40p got some nice hits whilst bonus hunting so kept on upping it, kept on hitting bonuses, kept on saving them then when my balance ripped I went to open the bonuses and they played out all very well but the money didn't credit to my account and was told bonus hunting wasnt allowed yet the reason I signed up is because that very night I watched a streamer bonus hunt on that site!!!! Absolitely disgusting, sorry about the rant it's not aimed at jumbo or Craig but hoping people see this and realise because I have just lost hundreds cos of them dicks at sloty!
