Affiliation is a very contentious subject, some say it promotes gambling whilst others believe that it is useful as it helps fund streamers and indeed pays them for he time and effort they put into producing the videos which entertain the audience.

But the question is, how many is too many? A low stake streamer on you tube actually has 18 casino's he is affiliated to. He hdoesnt appear to have played at all of them but is recommending them as places to play, at first sight totally disregarding the impact that pushng a dodgy casino to his supporters could have. One thing you can say for certain streamers is tjhat they do help their audience and engage with casino reps on their behalf.

I strongly suspect that a streamer, with 18 affiliated casinos, playing 40p slots is not going to have much clout with the casino reps and it just seems like a case of "Get as much money is I can from wherever, regardless of who runs the casino"

It seems to me that the bottom is falling out of the market, AND everyone is jumping on to te bandwagon seeing it as easy money, a vuew reinforced by one very new streamer with very few susbcribers broadcasting that he made £700 last month. from affiliate income

Hey man,

Firstly you are right, there are more and more people trying to make a living from being a casino affiliate. Personally as long as there representing top casinos, brands and are playing with real money, then i don't see any issue with the amount of casinos there pushing. for me it becomes a problem when they as you said , are pushing dodgy casinos without a thought of the impact. and the problem is, some of the more popular streamers/video makers are lower the quality of casinos their pushing, some having rogue terms, with pretty much all the games only counting 50% towards wagering, so where their advertising 35x wagering on welcome bonus, its actually 70%. and that's total deposit plus bonus making the cash out almost impossible to achieve.

Where the smaller streamers are trying to make it and claim viewers doing god knows what, the larger ones are the more guilty players and should know better.

The brand in question are "Aspire Casinos" and we've pretty much been begged for them to be a part of this new launch, however we hold much higher value for ourselves and every member of the Den.

Anyway, i challenge you to find the list of Aspire brands, then connect the dots and see just who has either not done there homework vetting a casino, or are openly choosing to push brands with dodgy terms to there loyal viewers, because Quality of Quantity is important, and there are plenty of Quality out there.

Hey guys!

I agree with you both saying that Affiliate programms have become a little too much, and enough is enough. All of this among youtubers/ streamers content takes up almost half of the video! I am not saying its bad or anything, but its gettiing super annoying. The amont of money people make from  being an affiliate is unbeliveable. According to this article right here (Link removed) marketers get 30 to 50 percent revenue. This is a sketchy and fast changing industry, so you better stay informed and know what you are getting yourself into! Good luck!!

Regardless of how many affiliates i think it's on the viewer/player to be savvy and read all T&C's on a casino before signing up and spending money. I still read T&C's on trusted sites i play. I've skipped many casino's after reading up.

There will always be people looking for easy money in anything and same applies to streaming.

I've skipped signing up to some of the casino's on here. Nothing against the lads but i don't sign up to everything even for a free draw. Nothing dodgy with what they promote, just not my cup of tea.
