Hi I got an email with 20 free spins from casino cruise part of the Genesis global group the same as casoola etc ,long story short I turned it into a £500 cashout very nice , but it's been sitting 5 days waiting to be processed anyone else find then to be slow payers?I'm guessing that the same staff is used for the group of casino's rather than have separate people for each casino but I wouldn't know to be honest.UPDATE on this now it turns out ive now breached the terms and conditions as they have said the maximum withdrawl from free spins is £100 so ive had £400 wiped from my balance and £100 returned to my account,i only won £5 or maybe £20 from free spins i got a bonus during or just after the free spins,the biggest spin i had was 40p but i played for hours ,so have i breached the terms some advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated

Ouch that's such a soar one it was a few little wins then a £340 hit once I cleared wagering so I thought I was all good ,so are you just meant to play till u bust cause my balance was only going up that day ,cause I had withdrawn £100 at first and left £40 off to play with and got my balance to £440 again cancelled the pending withdrawal and withdrew £500 it should be more clear to be honest in the terms I had to wager a few hundred to clear the free spins too ,this isn't my first casino I've been playing for years but I find this harsh tbh,the more I think about it I would've had to withdraw 100 once the wagering was clear and hoped to have lost the £40 I had left I'm so confused it's sound like they're twisting the term to suit themselves

I agree with davey, if you didn't deposit then a max withdrawal is standard from free spins/cash.

Mate I fully apologize i was seeing red earlier if I can I'll pull all the posts I've asked on there to have it removed too I regretted that as soon as it sent I've asked for the comment to be removed I'll get the thread taken down if I can again apologies guys I've reported my own comment too and you guys can boot me from here too I deserve it tbh

Mate as I said they seem like top guys and I'm hanging my head in shame tbh last thing I'm saying is a actually rate the two guys to be up there with the bandit I love their content and it has kept me entertained for years so for me to put the comment in was stupidity at it's best,I tried removing the comment straight away but never had an option and I've tried to get it removed on the forum too
