Hi all.


Apologies if this is the wrong thread for this.

I'd like to sign up to Gamstop, not because I feel out of control, I just want to save money and £60 odd a week on the slots could be useful!

I entered the giveaways for May and have done for June, but was wondering if signing up to Gamstop will mean I can't be a part of these for the two months mentioned.

Does anyone know the rules on this?

I presume Jimbo and Craig are able to keep track of any past users who have used their affiliation links so if you have already deposited you should be good for this month. However, I dont see how you could be active in their giveaways if you are not depositing as any giveaways linked to the casino would usually require you to deposit. If you think you need gamstop I would not let an online giveaway deter you. Your odds of winning one of those giveaways (as good as they are) are pretty low. On the flip side, the odds of you continuing to spend however much you're currently spending on slots without gamstop is far higher and after 2 months you're about 100 times more likely to come out with 500 in your pocket (based on what you said) than not using gamstop and gambling and entering giveaways.

I deposited last month and have done so this month, which is why I entered. You're right about the chances of winning. Will pop on to Gamstop now.

Hi there, to clarify you would be eligible for May and June's giveaways as you've entered before gamstop, but you won't be eligible for next month's giveaways onwards whilst you have the ban in place.
