Over the last two weeks I have been playing at the genesis branded casinos, due to them being the only places I can get a matched bonus these days. I played at them a few years ago and there was always a 2-3 day to approve ID and 4-5 days for withdrawals.. at least
But i have had a great experience in the last few weeks. My KYC checks passed in 24hrs max and my withdrawals also were all done (3 in total) the next day with the money in the bank the same day... I know that some will have issues and might still do, but I have been impressed by how much they have sorted these long standing issues..
Seems like the fines and bad press they had might have gave them the kick in the balls they needed. They could be one of the best brands out there as their sites are very good.. Let's hope these good stories continues for them..

Bit pre-emptive there. They lack too many providers to be even get near one of the best brands. Too many bad experiences out there that they have a long way. I play at casino's that have withdrawals and KYC done inside of 30 mins so whilst they have improved, still lots of improvement for more.

It's quite encouraging that they are getting better however it's still hard to believe that they have genuinely changed. My past criticisms of them is that they are not customer focused and their live chat was little more than "cut and paste merchants" who acted as a conduit to a management team who were unresponsive and saw their business as a numbers game where the customer was far from king.
The charges for withdrawals, the really low RTP's, the blanket marketing coupled to their operating procedues just left too much to be desired.
Are they the worst casino out there? No, of course not. They are just so far below even the median performers that they're probably not an option for a lot of folks. They do spew out match bonuses at an alarming rate but it'd not be enough for many to play there.
All that being said though - if they are pulling their socks up that has to be good for those that do venture on to their sites.
Until they fix their laggy slots and websites i'll still try avoid playing, they have always sorted out our player issues etc really quick but yeah
Yeah they are far from fixed, but there are signs of improvements.. For instance no charge for any of my withdrawals.. The KYC checks could still be a little faster as the withdrawals and also maybe a few more providers on their slots..
But, at least they are slowly improving, rather than a lot of other UK casinos who are getting worse!
But, we might not have any left soon anyway if they all are starting to jump ship

I had something strange happen to me on this brand, I sometimes have a little go on them as they do regularly offer a 100% deposit match, although I never seem to win, anyway they sent me 20 free spins the other day so played them out won a pound odd then had a little go with that not expecting anything. Managed to get up to about £120 and decided to withdraw sobs of it, I received an email confirming this and tried to login to my account a couple of days and my accounts blocked and saids I’m self excluded until 2026 😂 Something dodgy going on there I reckon so just beware.
