Following on from weemonk's thread on Captain Spins I just wanted to canvas some wider opinion from members here as to how many players have had accounts closed or suspended by the casinos.

Please feel free to share any experiences good or bad with the board. This may become a huge problem for players.

The only account I have ever had closed was a casino called LeoVegas  who closed my account after I questioned the fairness of a promotion they had offered. The Live Chat interpreted this as me wanting to stop using their site and immediately closed the account together with other casinos under the same licence. i had actually won on this casino and was slightly up. i had loyalty points acrrued at some of these sites and these were all lost.

At the time I just shrugged it off and decided to avoid this operator as there are so many others. if accounts are closed on a licence wide on a wholesale basis though it could result in massively reduced choice for customers and leave players with almost no options.

All the world's a stage and most of us are desperately unrehearsed.
