I deposited £50 last night with a deposit bonus managed to get up to £280 but then just kept losing got down to around £110 and cancelled the bonus. Had £40 cash left went lightening roulette and managed to get up to £1200. Put in a withdrawal request but got declined. They said I need to verify documents again. They also did a reverse withdrawal. Put the whole balance back in my account. Since then I have sent all documents and spoke to them on chat. Did another withdrawal request but they cancelled it again said I have not provided documents but they are sitting in pending they have not verified them. I feel this is a tactic to make me spend my winnings and feel very bad about it. Have tried contacting Jimbo and Craig through Twitter but been ghosted.
