I don’t know what the general consensus is with Casumo. I probably have mixed reviews, I really enjoyed playing on their site - felt the games were pretty fair.

That being said, have struggled with a withdrawal since I think like March. Keep going back to it every 4-5 weeks. But haven’t really gotten anywhere. I’ve sent all of the documents a couple of times & they continue to reject.

Anyway pretty bored of it now, so I know a few of you on here may have some contacts or could support me. The account balance is currently - £2257.64

if anyone can support me in nailing this old withdrawal I’ll split it with you 50/50 I really don’t want to go down the ADR complaint route as I’d be a bit out of my depth!

😏👌

Given the timescale involved it would be helpful if you could provide a step by step guide as to the events that occurred prior to the withdrawal request.

You will get help on here without having to forego half of your own money.

Send me a DM if you would like some help and would prefer to keep it quiet. Please though do provide all of the details no matter how unimportant you feel they may be.

Hopefully we can help you here.

Plenty of people left Casumo due to their consistent messing about with KYC.

Make sure you detail what the rejection reasons were and to what docs they relate.

Thanks both for your help. I’ll write down what was said and when and then any advice appreciated. 😊

I’d heard you need to even show a gas bill and a primary school report card just to speak with the casumo chat reps 🫣

They done it with me, they actually locked me out my account until I fully verified myself, but I just told them I was from the UK and them asking me for documents when I went to make a withdrawal was against the UKGC rules as they had never asked me before, so I got them to withdraw my balance for me. I still need to fully verify myself with them to be able to play there again..

Does anybody know if that's still the case? I do remember it being somewhere in the UKGC rules but that was only if they had never asked you to fully verify yourself before you went to make the withdrawal..
