Hi, my withdrawal from Casoola has been pending now for well over a week and I see they have now started charging a 2% withdrawal fee, does anyone know how long it will take and is other casinos having the same problem due to current circumstances with Corona, I’ve tried live chat but that won’t work either, if anyone could help I’d appreciate it👍🏻

as it stands genesis brands can be quite slow at withdrawals, that being said you will get your money, so long as no terms were broken etc.

Jimbo the withdrawal time is fair enough there's usually a way to stop from cancelling. The charge for withdrawal is not alright though. I find the only reason I play on these sites is for yourself and Craig getting help and knowing if something goes wrong you'll help us. I don't agree with any casino taking a fee for a withdrawal though they get enough off everyone already.

believe me, I have express massive concern about this, i didn't so much mind the 80p fee, and as it stands, Casoola still only have the 80p withdrawal Fee for me.

I'm waiting for them to respond regarding it.
