Okay guys, so decently I have been asked to upload documents to verify it's me. Now this was done Monday gone on the 20th, it's now Thursday it's gone past the 72 hours now, and all they keep saying is they will esclate it to the relevant department, this has been said several several times now, only the payment method hasn't been verified anyone shed some light? As I have 2 pending withdrawals since last week now.

Thanks Craig love your videos my man, also near the brum land lol. The verification is all done took about 90 odd hours now, waiting on my pending withdrawals. Have asked them to escalate this, as a good will gesture but will see what happens. Just a bit of a nightmare one this week
