Just thought I would have a quick £20 deposit, one spin on lighting roulette. Hit 500x first spin and then 100x second spin. Span it down to £300 and cashed out. Fucking charged me £7.50ish for the privilege. How can this shit be allowed? There shouldn't be a fee for any deposits or withdrawals. Fair enough if it's to cover their fees but I know for a fact the fees to process a £300 withdrawal isn't £7.50.
Any reason why some casinos do it and others don't?

Firstly congrats mate
Also pretty sure the bigger names get charged less because they have a bigger volume of customers
The smaller casinos would be getting charged higher fees for payment processing due to less volume
They also take a small cut for themselves obviously
Cheers, Yeah I understand. I would have thought genesis would have been a big enough brand to not need to take a little.bit extra. I don't think they should be allowed tbh but my main gripe is I like even numbers so instead of £300 it's like £292.23 or something stupid. I know for next time at least.
