In a perfect world we'd never need to complain about casinos however there are instances where complaints have to be made.

Now in the first instance it's necessary to contact the casino directly to make a complaint and allow them to resolve it. A nice calm approach is best, no matter how bad the complaint is, to allow the person handling the issue to best rectify the situation. Just imagine yourselves in the shoes of an employee subjected to an incoherent (folks complain about the smallest thing after a drink or two), profane rant that makes no sense. This could easily be misinterpreted as a person with a gambling problem rather than a legitimate casino complaint and lead to account suspension or even closure.

Most casinos handle complaints fairly well although a lot of complaints are really easily solved or procedures/rules etc. clarified to the customer.

There are some instances where the casinos do not handle complaints properly and upon the casino making their decision final the player can seek to use formal arbitration services.

There are a number of sites that offer informal arbitration services or affiliates who are willing and able to take up player complaints with casinos on behalf of their affiliated players. Gamblers Den do this although it is perhaps not a visual as some other sites. Even the simplest complaint takes time and effort by a third party if it is not clearly explained.

The complaints resolution service including the complaint itself and the resolution, whether positive or negative, is shown on sites such as Ask Gamblers or Casinomeister's PAB section. I am not sure how effectively these sites manage complaints on behalf of players despite their claims of success. Notwithstanding the accuracy of their claims though it is genuinely worth players looking over the nature of the complaints and if and how they were resolved.

I used Ask Gamblers years ago for this and they were not able to resolve the complaint however I managed to resolve the complaint separately by other means.

There are a number of these options open to players and the experience and influence of affiliates and/or gambling related websites should not be overlooked in the instance where you feel you have not been treated fairly. Spending a little time readings other complaints rather by others may also be helpful in selecting where to play.

All the world's a stage and most of us are desperately unrehearsed.

Good shout because Rizk have been ignoring my request for a limit review for over 2 months now. Perfectly polite email sent, no reply. Chased one month later, no reply, chased the month after, no reply.

I wasn't sure where to go next.
