I think there should be settings to your account where you can enter and change all the data. Maybe it is a bit more complicate when it is related to live chat because they have they own database. Usually people are getting registered directly to live chat platform and they have no problems after that. Personally I played blackjack online on different platforms and some of them requested my id card in order to register me.
