Hi sorry to  other you.Just signed up to casino casino through here.It looks like I've put the wrong date of birth in !! I put 11th of may 1976 when it should be 4th of may 1976. I cant press live chat it wont let me and when trying to press the deposit button it just takes me back to the help page . Dont know if the dob makes any difference? But can't do anything! Also on a mobile

Thanks mate , appreciate you taking the time to reply . Even when I click on a game it says verification failed , so must be that!! Just emailed them. Signed up with about a dozen casinos over the years and there is only one that asked me to send any documents.  No problem depositing or withdrawing.  I find sky vegas the best , always in my account within 2 hours sometimes almost instantly!

I think there should be settings to your account where you can enter and change all the data. Maybe it is a bit more complicate when it is related to live chat because they have they own database. Usually people are getting registered directly to live chat platform and they have no problems after that. Personally I played blackjack online on different platforms and some of them requested my id card in order to register me. Also there was เกมยิงปลา casino game from another country and they requested my id as well because I was on another continent.
