I’ve made a deposit with casilando and they’ve blocked my account and won’t give me my money back

Yeah, if you deposit £1000 by mistake instead of £100 this could flag as irregular behaviour, especially if you withdraw most of it back relatively quickly.

Do the checks they request, get your money and bin them off. WHG and its brands went down the overprotective road after getting hit by fines. I had my account suspended because they said they did not think I could afford to gamble. Donkeys. Not worth using, withdrawal times are piss poor.

Wishy1990 What do you mean they wont give you your money back? Did you deposit and try and withdraw that deposit straight away without staking any of it? If so, most casinos wont allow that due to money laundering..

Or is it something else? Is it just a normal cash out you are waiting on?
