This is not exactly a great advert for the casino involved.  The fault must appear in the first instance to rest with the casino as it appears unlikely that multiple providers with games on different servers would be at fault at the same time.

I should hope that they intend to compensate him. They should be giving him the average bonus payout for the game at a minimum.

I have no idea what the average bonus would be. Based upon my playing experience this year (and Craig's recent videos) it would probably be around 20x. The actual average must surely be around 50x for most reasonable slots.
