I signed up a few weeks ago to a site called sinspins, I won 2k and as they have no reverse withdrawal option I set my loss limit to 1.

Today I signed up to Dukes casino, deposited 200 and went to play and was told on the first spin that I had reached my loss limit.

I go in touch with chat and they said that their loss limits carry across all sister sites.

I got on to live chat and advised them that this is ridiculous and why would I have deposited 200 if I could only gamble 1 Euro.

She said there was nothing I can do and if I wanted to change my limits myself then I can.

I told her I'm extremely dissatisfied and would like her to get a manager to lift the limit or close my account and refund me.

Next thing I know she has self excluded me from the casino and when asked about the refund she said she can't comment on that and it will be reviewed by the payments team, when asked "So you can't even tell me I'll get a refund" she said "no".

When asked to re open the account so I could just wait for the limit to be lifted she comes back with: "As you have requested self exclusion you are permanently banned from playing here and across all of our sister sites".

It would be fair enough if I asked for self exclusion, but I said close the account and refund me so I can play somewhere else!

I'm really pissed off now, that was my gambling budget for the next 10 days and I was looking forward to a session.

What are your thoughts?

That's a joke, sorry to hear that but thanks for the heads up on the brand and hope you get the full refund.

My only advice is play on more reputable sites. If it sounds dodgy then it proberly is. There are loads of sites that are well known and used with no issue. Stick to them.

Having checked the terms very quickly, this casino is terrible. with a max conversion rate of 3 times the bonus taken, avoid at all cost.

I've tried to contact them regarding the situation

I very much doubt they will reply.

Here's hoping

Nice one everyone, especially Jimbo for going through that much effort.

They've lifted the exclusion anyway so I'm just going to cancel the bonus and cashout as soon as I've wagered the balance on the account 1X as per their terms.

Yeah, I only noticed the 3x conversion of bonus to cash afterwards. This seems to be popping up with a lot of casinos, including many a number of nektan casinos which are being pushed by a certain streamer (Not jimbo or craig).

I'll definitely vet casinos more carefully now and continue to use the links on this page as have never had an issue with a casino I signed up with through Gamblersden. Yako is still one of my go tos.

Try to just play on the sites advertised on here. Should anything go wrong which is doubtful, the lads would be here to help you out 😊

how can you just go and play on advertising sites without knowing if its fake or not, like there are so many scammy sites that can hook your money. you should always read the terms and conditions upon registering on some sites, and along that read some feedbacks on other sites about that casino site or whatever you are gambling on. I have failed myself lot of times live gambling on so many sites, but there are just few that can offer you proper conditions and withdraw posibilities.
