Just had my balance at BC.game stolen.  Took over 40 minutes for their chat help to respond, by which point the transaction was complete.  BC.game have blamed me for the loss.  This is their response...

• Do not use scripts written by others!
BC.Game has no responsibility for users' property losses caused by omissions in the protection of their accounts.

They will not investigate and that is the end of the matter as far as they are concerned.  None of their points apply to me and I feel I have good security, this account had a strong password and it was unique to bc.game.  Their support was awful in both the response and the time.  Thankfully the loss was around £50, but after using and enjoying the casino for the last year, I will never use them again.  I also think it is important to highlight this to the rest of the community.  I am sure some will say that it is my fault and I will admit that I could have added 2FA, but I with the security I already have in place then only way this password could have been found is on bc.game servers, and I think they might have been hacked.  If so I very much doubt they would publically announce this.  At the very least if you do play with bc.game change your password and have 2FA.

I see that the topic has been changed to "Unconfirmed", how would you like me to confirm this?  I can show the transaction and the depositing wallet address, but as far as I am aware there is no way to even see what country a dogecoin wallet is held in.  I would really like to show this as confirmed as my money was stolen while it was in the care of BC.game.
