They only allow one document at a time

then reject it, loads of horror reviews about the place to

no live chat, no contact info

£2.50 charge to withdraw

forget reviews they can and most likely are manipulated, they're a UK licenced casino, so they should budge with a little motivation, maybe worth getting an email address for them and sending them your concerns as a starting base

Just had a little look at their site as ive never heard of them. From what i could find out their part of jumpman gaming group and they are covered by the UKGC, which could be why they are being thorough with the KYC stuff.

also had a look at their FAQs about uploading documents, are you following all their requirements, such as 1 document at a time, file type, image is full and clear etc. And is the document the exact one that they are asking for and up to date.

Did you submit any documents and get verified before you deposited?

Also, have to asked them what exactly they need at support@amazonslots.com
