Looks like RocknRolla got a result with them over his lost bonuses and given their response it would appear that Jimbo should expect some further compensation for his lost bonuses too.

Yeah they need too. Can't be giving Jimbo stake back but giving rolla thousands of pounds.

Yeah I will update on the situation once I know what's what, what I do know is that they didn't consider it important enough to compensate me until it happened to rolla

Whilst it is not even our money we have an affinity with you and a number of forum members vented at ABC because of this and you were very diplomatic. Given the content of the response to RocknRolla I think you would be entirely justified at "spitting the dummy" with them.  One of the comments made at the time was surrounding if they could treat you like this what chance would a normal player have .

My feeling is that you should simply ask the player rep for ABC to come on the forum and explain themselves to both you and your membership together with compensating any members who have had a similar situation (not me, I stopped using them after your post about the bonuses). This explanation should include as at why the level of effort and investigation mounted in Paul's case was not afforded to your case as well. You appear to have been paid lip service.

They have let themselves down bigtime and the quality of their response will no doubt dictate largely as to whether your affiliated members even want to play there now.
