Anyone had any experience with all British casino ??

hubby wagered through a crazy wager and left with 1250

However theyr being harsh on verification all documents sent have been verified yet account is still unverified any1 with any advice ?

Thanks guys I managed to message Jan this morning well the hubby did all documents have now been re recieved they're hoping for an outcome first thing tommorow morning thanks guys appreciate your help x
