Hello, I wasn’t really sure where to post this but was just looking for some information without getting too far into my story.

Basically me and my sister opened an account in her name on an online casino and without thinking about it, used my card to deposit (I do realise this was a stupid thing to do). We hit a 2500x gold coin on razor shark and instantly withdrew £2K.

The withdraw was successful but we then recieved an email that her account had been terminated and any winnings/remaining balance would be confiscated. After this the 2K reached my bank and the deposits came off my bank. We were just wondering if the casino are able to take the 2K back now that it has reached my bank or if we got extremely lucky.😅

P.S We are now fully aware we should not have deposited using my bank and we were in the wrong but it was just a simple mistake. Thank you.

Whoever processed that withdrawal will certainly be getting more training and a discpline i imagine.

They will likely ask for the money back and do have grounds to start legal action but i would never see that happening tbh as it was a fuck up from their side letting it go.

Yeah, I don't get this 'i opened an account but deposited with my wifes, sisters, brothers, grandma's card' thing that has popped up here on the forum a couple of times.

If you don't have the ability to open an account in your name, have funds to deposit... In your name, then don't be such a dodgy reprobate to be doing it in the first place.

You got lucky on many levels with this but you're the type of person that creates KYC's for casinos and the legit gambler has to piss about providing lots of docs to prove who they are and where their money is coming from.
