So we're on the 7th day of the new year, who's already broken their resolutions?


Mine and the wife's is dry January + no chocolate for the month...

The wife has dried up for January until he loses a few of the pounds hes put on is what i think he meant

My goals for 2022 include diet and exercise. Doing Okayish so far!

I don't believe in setting a resolution from Jan 2022 and trying it with the month, because if you fail then you just think, fuck it I've broken my resolution now, may as well just get back to my old ways. 

It's much better I think to view your plans as goals for the new year as opposed to a resolution that can be "broken" within the first month of the year.

makes sense, although I'd struggle to stick to it regardless of how its labelled

My new years resolution is to win something on the slots, what a dreamer i am 😆
