Anyone saying that Craig and Jimbo are in any way at fault are idiots. The casinos were known to be fair, paying casinos which will nearly always be the case with casinos licensed by the UKGC. Strangely enough I am living in Ireland and received marketing emails from them today. I wonder if this is only affecting people in the UK?

Do you guys still have contacts with anyone at Genesis sites?

I’m waiting on on £300 from Sloty pending since 00.40 on the 20th of July and £500 from CasinoPlanet pending since 15.20 on the 20th of July. I know both haven’t been that long really but they would normally of been processed by now and live chat just keep saying it’s because they’re busy.

I think I used your links to sign up to the sites (maybe I didn’t 😂 I can’t really remember) not that this probably makes much difference with the current situation. I know everyone is in the same boat and not sure there’ll be anything you can do or if I’ll ever receive the money.

But on the off chance you have a contact and anything can be done then it would be appreciated 😀.

So quick update after posting this and chasing Sloty and CasinoJoy again.
Sloty said it was set to be released today and have just received an email saying it has been processed. And CasinoJoy say it is to be released tomorrow.

Update number 2. CasinoJoy have also now processed the payment.

Should hopefully receive funds tomorrow from both sites.

Always liked this casino brand but they did do me out of £3.5k awhile back as I turned 20 free spins into £100 or so then took it to immersive roulette after the wager was completed and all money was cash yet they came back with the old £100 cash out on free spins!! 🙈🙈 even got Craig involved but nothing he could do to help me so good bye from me. Site’s shouldn’t let you play thinking it’s real money especially on a independent roulette. Bet someone got my money it I sure didn’t 👎

Just want to inform all. Casino planet kept with there promise they verified my documents and then paid the money out within 2 hours and it arrived in bank within amp her 2 hours so they are paying out members but you have to hassle them a little more then normal.

just wanted you all to know so you can get your money too

Ahhh it all makes sense now. I asked that all my accounts with genesis be closed about 6 months ago due to a dispute regarding them not honouring a VIP offer that had been agreed in writing.

Now in the past week I received an email apologising for past mistakes made with the handling of my account due to "communication errors on their end"... 6 months after the event.

They offered me a suspiciously generous 15% weekly cashback on losses to which I declined.

Then they sent another email stating that they have placed a €100 bonus in my account with 0.1% wagering if I wish to reopen my accounts, I said sweet open up that account, played the bonus, lost, and left genesis again 😂

Clearly they are feeling the pinch massively if they are trying to entice irish players that left so long ago to come back
