The suspension is perhaps not likely to be permanent however it gives us all an idea that they are not as trustworthy/competent as not to cause the UKGC to take this not inconsiderable step. Fingers crossed that no members lose any cash and that cash outs are permitted and honoured.
The brand is not one I liked and I am not alone in saying this. You'll see from my prior posts that I was not a fan of theirs. That being said the brand was properly licensed to operate in the UK. That they have been found wanting is no fault of Jimbo and Craig. They will no doubt stand to lose out considerably if the casino gets their licence suspended permanently.
I just hope it is not a solvency issue as there have been a few posts about lengthy payment delays recently.

Gutted had a £200 withdrawal was waiting on some documents to be looked at so wave good bye to that was earmarked for the wife's birthday present so not only am a out of pocket but will now have the other half on my case. As for pointing the finger at Craig and jimbo get a fucking life there probably out of pocket more than any of us. Great videos lads keep up the good work and I would not hesitate to use you for casino advice in the future as I know you do it in good faith

Ok so...
im so glad finally the UKGC have taken action. I’m embarrassed to admit but they stalled my withdrawals for weeks!! Kept stating it was missing documents, despite sending them all, promised timelines of when the withdrawals would be paid, first one missed and then VIP got involved and the whole process was delayed again.
the process went on for 3 weeks and by the end I had reversed all of the £22,000!!!!
they made it impossible to avoid it, encouraged play, froze my account, unfroze it, messed about so much to delay on purpose.
I actually registered a complaint with the UKGC who agreed that there seemed to be huge failings where they stopped the verification section stating all documents received but then were claiming via email this wasn’t the case, they also refused to accept any documents, saying that they didn’t require documents only to then ask for everything after the withdrawal despite putting in nearly £10,000!
Some may say it was my fault, I reversed the funds that may be true but when you experienced what I did, you lose your head.
This really is music to my ears! They deserve to never have the license revoked!
So casino planet website is now down I have 700gbp withdrawing guess I have lost this now. Well that’s my rent not being paid :/ I’m completely fucked. I put in 30gbp from a cash job I did at work and got this and collected it out as would pay my rent and then I could catch up on bills from the pandemic we have had now this means I could be getting evicted so guess I’m completely fucked

I don’t really do gambling anymore as I had a problem a few years back but I signed up to casino planet did a couple small deposits then nothing then did this on as I just wanted a bit of freedom from the world was nice to sit and win 8gbp from 20p stake etc was just a break from irl stuff but I got lucky and won big so it would of allowed me to get back on my feet.

honestly, seeing them use a ‘reserve balance’ tactic too to avoid compliance with the reversing of funds is disgusting too.
It’s a shame, they would of been a great brand which a lot use but greed has made them completely shady.
Casino planet is back up only withdraw they have accepted documents and are trying to process all withdrawals and claim to be working with the UKGC also live help is still working

Although to be honest never used reserve option and never had a problem getting paid out at any of the brands.
Weirdly though about 45mins before the suspension casino cruise rang me offering me a 100% deposit match upto £400 which they have never ever done before. Glad I didn't deposit now.
