Same issue for me. Canadian dollars and I can't change it to GBP.

Yes same for me too!

I didn’t take much notice to it as was on a mobile device and the balance looked all jumbled up so I then had some winnings and realised it said CAD on the withdrawal.

They emailed me to say that I apparently ‘’chose this’’ when I signed up but I know I didn’t and I checked my account and it said GBP in account section and now I think out of my 600 winnings I’m now getting half of it because of exchange rate, they have also now blocked that account and said I can sign up again to make one I can play with in GBP

Just can’t make sense of any of it really because I never chose Canadian dollars in first place!

that is funky, let me see if we're using the right link, obviously it should be GBP as default, will update when I find out, either way your still registered to us if you went through the link.


Is there a way to change your currency in the settings?

I've just gone through the process of signing up to see the payment option, and when entering the address the default payment method is CAD for some reason however you can click GBP so I assume it's just caught a few people out! 


I tried on my smartphone and it was CAD and wouldn't even let me change it. Not gonna bother incase what happened to the person above happens too me. CBA with live chats anymore.

Same with me and no option to change the currency and no live chat just a crappy unhelpful robot.  If a company has problems like this and there is not even a live chat  facility it s not one for me.

Stuck with an old favourite instead and got a 240x win in about 5 minutes.  This  new Coils of Cash thing could go absolutely nuts. I had 27 free spins and about seven of the last nine were dead spins  but if there had been one decent connection it would have been stratospherically good.

I've joined CasinoLab but when i click the "i want a bonus" tab it asks for a bonus code , wont let me continue without one but there's no bonus code . Any ideas anyone ?
