Morning folks

Firstly I clicked on the live support on BCgame and nothing happens ? Clicked it on chrome and edge doesn't do anything. Do they have an email addy that I can send my coinbase deposit confirmation with hashes.

I made a deposit Friday evening to the deposit hash copied fom BCGame in LTC or £384.

And nothing no fund was processed on my account

Did the same on Saturday morning for £50 worked fine.

Now I need to find out how to see the txi id in coinbase anyone else know how to find this ?

Same thing has just happened to me , sent over 2.03 litecoin to exactly the same address i always send it to ( been using BC Game for months ) coinbase shows confirmed...nothing in BC Game wallet , normally shows deposit in progress . Block authenticator shows transaction confirmed as well.

This type of thing puts me right off ..glad it was only £100

That sucks, what I will say is it's not an error from BC, have you double checked everything was sent correctly, address, correct crypto to correct wallet etc, if all this is done, and you 100% should have it in your account but it isn't give me your USERID number found in your profile, and ill give them a message see whats happened, you can just reply it to this message if you want if not, dm me on discord, link is at top of page

Sorry to come back to the thread late Jimbo , it finally showed about an hour later which isn't what you need with a crypto deposit tbh lol . No idea why it took so long as the transaction was confirmed with coinbase after 55 seconds.

Of course man, unfortunately crypto does that shit sometimes if the blockchain is having a brain fart but i'd take an hour depositing wait over a 4 month wait for a withdrawal from a UK brand xD

I won 230 BCD last night, due to my own ignorance and having never dabbled in crypto I managed to lose it all trying to deposit it. After pleading with customer support at Cwallet for advise on how to transfer the funds I went ahead and sent them to binance and they just disappeared. Binance just came back to me and said that they dont offer support and that i was trying to send crypto thst they don't use and it's unfortunately gone.

Any advice? I have a transaction report from Cwallet stating it was a success.
